This is a call to all member states of the United Nations to declare diplomats of the United States of America persona non grata, and to withdraw their own diplomats from their embassies and consulates in the United States, should the United States illegally, in contravention of international law and in respect of the fundamental understanding between nations with respect to sovereignty and territorial integrity, invade the territory of (the Republic of) Iraq.

Member states should declare to the United States that this action is taken to express its outrage and contempt for the United States for its intimidation of and bellicose presence within the United Nations.

The United States, as a founding member of the organization, and as a permanent member of its Security Council, has a special obligation to conduct itself respectfully and without bringing shame or dishonor to itself or the United Nations.

Let all nations admit to their wrongdoings, and to renounce the hypocrisy of their policies, both present and historical, where it may exist. Let all nations henceforth guide themselves by just and righteous principles, and to hold other nations to those principles as well. c
